Getting a new roof can sound daunting, and not all companies are prepared to make your project painless and fast. Sunprise makes sure your roof installation is handled in the fastest and most efficient way possible.
Everything starts with a thorough inspection. We don’t just look at your shingles; we check your attic ventilation, flashing, and—if applicable—your solar array. We’ll sit down with you to discuss the “health” of your roof and provide a transparent, no-obligation estimate.
Once you decide to move forward, you’ll choose your material (Shingle, Tile, or Metal) and your colors.
For solar panels:
We’ll handle all the logistics, including pulling the necessary local permits and scheduling the solar “detach” team to safely remove your panels before the roofers arrive.
Our crew arrives to tear off the old materials and install your new high-performance roof.
We maintain a clean job site and protect your landscaping throughout the process.
For solar panels:
If you have solar, this is where our integrated approach shines: we ensure the mounting brackets are installed with a perfect watertight seal.
Once you are 100% satisfied, we hand over your warranty paperwork and project completion certificate.
For solar panels:
After the roof is complete, we “reset” your solar panels and test the system to ensure it’s generating power correctly.
Where applicable, there may be county inspections for your roof and if applicable, solar panels.
- Impact-Resistant Shingles: We offer Class 4 rated materials, the highest level of protection available, to defend your home against hail and storm debris, potentially lowering your insurance premiums.
- Cool Roofing Technology: Combat the Texas sun by installing reflective materials that can lower roof surface temperatures, keeping your home cooler and significantly reducing your energy bills.
- Superior Water & Wind Protection: Our certified installation includes expert flashing and sealing techniques to prevent leaks during heavy downpours and ensure your shingles stay put in high winds.
- Enhanced Curb Appeal & Value: A beautiful, durable roof is one of the best investments you can make, significantly increasing your home’s curb appeal and market value.
Age and the extent of damage are the biggest factors. If your roof is over 20 years old or has widespread leaks and missing materials, a re-roof is usually more cost-effective. During our free inspection, we’ll provide a “health report” to show you exactly why we recommend one over the other.
The “best” material depends on your budget, aesthetic, and local climate:
-
Asphalt Shingles: The most affordable and popular option, offering great versatility.
-
Tile (Clay/Concrete): Highly durable and energy-efficient, perfect for Mediterranean or Spanish-style homes.
-
Metal: Extremely long-lasting (40–70 years) and excellent for reflecting heat and shedding debris.
Most residential projects take between 2 to 5 days to complete, depending on the size of the home and the material chosen. Solar removal and reinstallation may add an extra day to the total timeline.
Yes. We specialize in “Solar Detach and Reset” services. We handle the entire process: safely removing your existing panels, replacing the roof underneath, and reinstalling the system so it’s back up and running immediately.
By using us for both, you eliminate the “finger-pointing” game. If a leak occurs, you don’t have to wonder if it was the roofer or the solar installer—we take full responsibility for the entire watertight seal of your home.
Our team is trained in solar electrical systems and mounting hardware. We take every precaution to ensure your panels are stored safely on-site and tested for performance once they are reinstalled.
Absolutely. We carry full general liability and workers’ compensation insurance. We are happy to provide copies of our licenses and certificates of insurance upon request for your peace of mind.
Yes. We provide two types of protection:
-
Manufacturer Warranty: Covers defects in the materials (shingles, tiles, metal).
-
Workmanship Warranty: Our personal guarantee covering the installation and labor.
We use specialized equipment and “catch-all” netting systems to protect your bushes, flowers, and lawn. We also perform a thorough magnetic sweep at the end of every day to ensure your driveway and yard are clear of nails.
In many cases, yes! However, materials like tile are much heavier than shingles. If you are switching to a heavier material, we will perform a structural check to ensure your home’s frame can safely support the additional weight.
